Most of Saint-Petersburg's suburbs are very beautiful and date back to Imperialism: Peterhof, Pavlovsk, Pushkin, Oranienbaum and Gatchina. But if we are talking about 'sleeping districts' - it as always has a main idea to give a roof for every working but not so rich citizen. Districts are different, but it's so easy too find likeness between North & South.
